• Device & usage data – device model, operating system version, app version, crash logs, and basic analytics about which screens are used.
• Communication data – messages you send to support and your communication preferences.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Provide and personalize readings, compatibility insights, and other in‑app content.
• Maintain and improve app performance, stability, and security.
• Respond to support requests and communicate important service messages.
• Analyze aggregated, anonymized trends to understand how Ezora is used.

We do not create health, medical, legal, or financial records based on your use of Ezora.
