Non-profit digital support for NGOs, community groups and social impact projects.
Ezora Service is a non-profit initiative that helps civil society organizations use technology for public good. We provide free and low-cost IT support, digital tools and training so that non-profits can focus on their mission — protecting rights, supporting vulnerable groups and strengthening communities.
We do not sell commercial services. Instead, we work in partnership with NGOs and social projects, offering pro bono and grant-based support in the areas of digital infrastructure, data, security and online communication.
We work to make modern technology accessible to organizations that protect human rights, support vulnerable communities and build a fair, inclusive society.
Ezora Service focuses on NGOs, community-based initiatives and educational projects that often lack internal IT capacity. We help them design and maintain digital infrastructure, stay secure online and communicate with the people they serve.
Our programs are designed to strengthen the digital resilience of non-profit and community organizations. All core services are provided free of charge or funded through grants and donations.
Digital Readiness Assessment
We evaluate the current digital tools, processes and security practices of your organization and provide a clear roadmap for improvement tailored to your mission.
Training & Digital Skills
We run free workshops and mentoring sessions on basic digital literacy, online safety, working with data and using accessible tools for communication and collaboration.
Pro Bono IT Support
Our volunteers and partners help configure websites, email, simple CRM systems and cloud tools for non-profits so that they can work reliably and securely.
Support for Vulnerable Groups
Together with NGOs we design digital tools that support people in difficult life situations: access to information, remote counselling and educational resources.
Responsible Technology Consulting
We provide non-commercial consulting on how to use cloud services, data and AI in an ethical, transparent and legally compliant way, with a focus on human rights.
Maria, coordinator at a youth NGO
Our organization works with young people from vulnerable communities. Thanks to Ezora Service we now have a simple, secure website and online registration forms for our programs. All support was provided free of charge, which made it possible for us to invest our budget directly into work with youth.
Daniel, director of a community center
We had no in-house IT staff, and our data was scattered across different tools. Ezora Service helped us migrate to secure cloud solutions and trained our team. Now we can better track the impact of our programs and protect the personal data of participants.
Aisha, founder of an education initiative
With Ezora Service we launched an online learning platform for children and adults. The team supported us at every step, from choosing tools to training volunteers. This support was crucial for scaling our educational impact.
Elena, social worker
The digital tools and consultations provided by Ezora Service made our support hotline more accessible and reliable. We can now reach more people in crisis and respond faster to their needs.
What is Ezora Service?
Ezora Service is a non-profit initiative that provides digital support, IT consulting and capacity building for non-governmental organizations, grassroots movements and social projects. We focus on public benefit, not on commercial profit.
Who can apply for support?
We primarily work with registered NGOs, informal community initiatives, educational and social projects that pursue a public interest mission. If you are not sure whether you fit, please contact us and we will discuss options.
Is your support free of charge?
Core consulting, assessments and training are provided free of charge for non-profit and community organizations. For more complex technical work we may ask you to cover direct costs, but Ezora Service itself does not operate as a commercial IT provider.
