Youth digital inclusion initiative
A local NGO working with young people from low-income communities approached Ezora Service to create a safe online space for learning and communication. We helped design and launch a simple learning platform, provided training for mentors and set up data protection practices.
Community support hotline
Together with a network of social workers we improved the digital infrastructure of a support hotline. Ezora Service supported the migration to more stable tools, improved data security and created an online request form for people in crisis.
Education for adults
An education initiative for adults lacked internal IT capacity to run hybrid courses. Our team advised on choosing accessible tools, configured accounts and trained facilitators and volunteers.
