These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Ezora Service OÜ governing your use of the Ezora mobile app and this website.

• Ezora provides Tarot, astrology, numerology and compatibility content for entertainment and self‑reflection only.
• You must use the app lawfully and respect our intellectual property.
• Ezora does not provide medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Ezora app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the app.

3. Nature of the service

Ezora offers Tarot readings, astrological content, numerology, and compatibility features designed for entertainment and self‑reflection. The app does not provide professional advice and should not be used as a substitute for consultation with qualified medical, legal, financial, or mental health professionals.

4. Accounts and eligibility

Certain features may require creating an account. By creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up‑to‑date information.
• Keep your login credentials confidential.
• Be responsible for all activity under your account.
• Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use Ezora.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to use Ezora only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm us or other users. In particular, you must not:

• Use the app in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Send or store any harmful, fraudulent, or illegal content.
• Attempt to interfere with or gain unauthorized access to our systems.

All content and materials in Ezora – including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software – are owned by or licensed to Ezora Service OÜ and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the app for personal, non‑commercial purposes only.

8. Disclaimers

Ezora is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Without limiting the foregoing, we do not warrant that:

• the app will be uninterrupted, secure, or error‑free;
• any results or insights from readings will be accurate or reliable;
• defects will be corrected immediately.

Content in Ezora is spiritual/entertainment in nature and should not be treated as professional, medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ezora Service OÜ and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of Ezora.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Ezora at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms or used the app in a way that may cause harm.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Where required by local law, you may have additional consumer rights which these Terms do not limit.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example when we launch new features or to reflect changes in applicable law. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and may also show a notice in the app.
