About Ezora Service

Ezora Service is a non-profit organization that helps civil society use technology in a safe, ethical and effective way. We support non-governmental organizations, informal initiatives and social entrepreneurs who work for the public good.

Our work is built on the belief that access to modern digital tools should not depend on the size of the budget. Many organizations protect rights, educate communities and support vulnerable groups, but lack internal IT capacity. Ezora Service exists to close this gap.

History of the organization

Ezora Service started as a volunteer group of IT specialists who supported non-profit projects in their free time. Over time, the volume of requests grew, and in response we formalized our work as a dedicated non-profit initiative focused on digital support for social impact.

Mission and values

Our mission is to strengthen civil society by providing accessible, responsible and human-centered technology support. We believe that technology should protect people, not expose them to additional risks.

  • Human dignity: we prioritize the safety, privacy and autonomy of people affected by social challenges.
  • Transparency: we communicate clearly about our methods, limitations and partnerships.
  • Non-profit orientation: we do not sell commercial IT services; instead, we rely on donations, grants and volunteer expertise.
  • Collaboration: we work together with organizations, not instead of them, building internal capacity wherever possible.

Who we support

We work with organizations and initiatives that:

  • support vulnerable groups, including children, youth, people with disabilities and people in crisis;
  • promote access to education, culture and information;
  • protect human rights and advocate for social justice;
  • develop community-based solutions to local challenges.
